Role Description
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager – Event Delivery
to lead the planning, coordination, and end-to-end execution of a major event project.
The successful candidate will oversee project timelines, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and onsite operations to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, exhibitions, festivals, or live productions.
- Proven experience managing the complete event lifecycle from planning through onsite execution.
- Strong project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience delivering large-scale events is highly preferred.
- Candidates must be available for a 2-month project assignment in Riyadh.
