Position
Project Manager – EPC (Oil & Gas), based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Oversee end-to-end execution of major projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.
Experience with gas processing facilities, compression systems, and produced water treatment packages is particularly important.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project lifecycle from planning and engineering through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage EPC activities and coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Monitor progress, costs, resources, risks, and contractual obligations; implement measures to reduce delays and cost overruns.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders; lead meetings and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC requirements, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement in project efficiency, productivity, and performance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and PMP certification are mandatory.
- Requires 20–25 years of Oil & Gas experience, including substantial EPC project management experience.
- Relevant ADNOC approval is mandatory; candidates must provide evidence and applicable scope.
- Requires strong experience in gas processing, gas compression, and/or produced water treatment packages and a record managing large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Requires knowledge of project planning, cost control, risk management, procurement, construction, commissioning, and reporting.
- Requires leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
