Position and location

Service / Project Manager – Dynamics 365 CE.

Onsite in Qatar; the posting also lists Doha as the required location.

Full-time, permanent position.

Pay is QAR 8,246.90–18,000 per month.

Experience and education

  • Requires 8+ years in IT projects, including 3–5 years managing Dynamics 365 CE projects or services.
  • The application requirements also specify 5 years of Dynamics 365 CE project experience as required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Key skills and experience

  • Strong experience with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project methodologies; Dynamics 365 CE modules and CRM processes.
  • Experience with IT service operations and SLA-driven support, Microsoft vendors or partners, and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or ITIL Foundation.

Project and service delivery

  • Manage Dynamics 365 CE projects from initiation through successful delivery; plan and track scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and resources.
  • Oversee L1/L2/L3 support operations, SLA compliance, timely resolution, and incident, problem, and escalation processes.
  • Lead UAT, change management, and release management; ensure system performance, availability, and a positive user experience.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, IT teams, Microsoft vendors or partners, Development, Power Platform, Azure, and Integration teams.
  • Monitor Microsoft product updates and contribute to the Dynamics 365 CRM roadmap.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards, and management updates; drive service improvement, process optimization, and user adoption.
