Role overview

Auxai Technologies is hiring an HR Executive with relevant HR and Odoo HRMS experience.

The posting states candidates must currently reside in Qatar.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave administration, and payroll inputs.
  • Manage employee information and HR transactions in Odoo, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews, and employee exit formalities.
  • Handle local PRO activities and coordinate visa, work permit, and QID processing, renewals, and cancellations with authorities and service providers.
  • Track employee document expiry dates and arrange timely renewals.
  • Assist the HR Manager with implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance with Qatar labour requirements.
  • Prepare employee letters, HR reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Respond to employee queries and coordinate resolution of HRMS issues.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience; Qatar experience is preferred.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo HRMS.
  • Working knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and local immigration and PRO procedures.
  • Experience coordinating with government authorities and handling employment documentation.
  • Good English communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must currently reside in Qatar.

Compensation

  • Pay is QAR 3,000–5,000 per month.
