Role overview

Projects and delivery

• Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives across core operational workflows.
• Execute key-account roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Manage compliance programs and certifications such as ADHICS, SOC 2, and ISO standards.
• Implement emerging technologies, including AI-enabled process enhancements, to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk logs, and business cases with success metrics for post-implementation evaluation.

Requirements and process improvement

• Facilitate requirements workshops across business units, technology teams, and leadership; document findings in BRDs, RTMs, and use cases.
• Partner with IT application specialists and technical teams to translate requirements into solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
• Define project success criteria, operational KPIs, and acceptance criteria aligned with business outcomes and compliance standards.
• Conduct discovery and feasibility analysis for emerging technologies and process innovations.
• Collaborate with data teams, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to develop intelligent automation that improves efficiency and compliance.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in business administration, economics, or a similar field.
• At least 4 years of insurance-industry project management experience.
• Proven delivery in integrations, regulatory/compliance (ADHICS, SOC 2, ISO), process improvements, and portal enhancements.
• Strong governance across scope, planning, critical path, risk/issue/change control, and stakeholder communications; deliver to time, quality, and cost.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project; advanced PowerPoint and Excel; fluent business English.
• Able to partner with Risk/Compliance and Commercial; experience applying AI tools to project management deliverables.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, business requirements documentation, and process re-engineering.
• Exposure to AI implementation projects is preferred.

Preferred qualifications

• PMP certification and/or Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
