Role Overview

Your Job

• Manage accounting operations, record transactions accurately, and comply with accounting standards.
• Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements across entities.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including general ledger monitoring, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigation.
• Assist with annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations across multiple regions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation, schedules, and supporting information.
• Maintain and update the ERP system, such as Oracle, and ensure financial data integrity.
• Provide financial analysis, management reporting, and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, including financial modules.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze large datasets.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to communicate effectively across the organization.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
