Prepares and executes data analysis, statistical evaluation, and root-cause analysis in functional business areas.

Responsibilities
- Assist operational departments with extracting and analyzing data from business intelligence tools.
- Discuss market trends with business units and develop reports to support their targets.
- Create reports and dashboards for internal and external business needs.
- Interpret results and prepare presentations for business or client meetings as needed.
- Develop automated regulatory reports that can be generated at an identified frequency.
- Consolidate available data centrally and identify relationships across datasets.
- Develop trigger reports to help stakeholders review processes for updates.
- Handle other tasks and projects assigned by the department head.
Minimum qualifications and experience
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, statistics, mathematics with an emphasis on applied mathematics, or informatics.
- 3–4 years of experience in data analysis.
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and OBIEE are essential.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and R, with advanced knowledge of relational databases.
- Healthcare data-analysis experience is a plus.
- Tableau, Power BI, and data-modeling knowledge are a plus.
