We are looking for a Project Manager to join one of the region’s largest and most established groups, providing integrated solutions across manpower services, environmental management and specialised support functions.
Job Purpose
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering complex, business-critical projects across the organisation.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the role focuses on structured delivery, strong governance, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role is particularly suited to individuals with experience managing initiatives in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects from initiation through to completion
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution
- Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities
- Establish strong governance frameworks, including regular stakeholder reporting and updates
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), training coordination, and implementation activities
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement
& Experience
- 7+ years’ experience in project management, delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Proven track record of managing projects within structured governance frameworks
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments is highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and competing priorities effectively
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
