This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Dubai.

The Project Manager will oversee and execute various projects focused on interior design, exhibition stands, and event setups.

The Project Manager will also serve as a liaison between clients, teams, and vendors to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Project Planning and Management: Assist in project planning by setting out timelines, budget estimates, and resource requirements.

Work closely with project managers and architects to ensure smooth execution of the construction plan.

Setting Out and Surveying: Interpret construction drawings and set out the physical location of structures, using precise surveying tools.

Perform site surveys to establish the locations of foundations, utilities, and other construction features.

Supervision of Construction Activities: Monitor and oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure they align with project designs and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure work progresses on schedule.

Quality Control: Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meet the required standards.

Conduct inspections at various stages of construction to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Health and Safety: Enforce health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring all personnel comply with safety regulations.

Identify potential hazards and mitigate risks to minimize accidents or injuries.

6.Liaison and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the site and project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Maintain open communication channels between different teams (e.g., design, procurement, construction) to resolve issues and keep the project on track.

7.Cost and Resource Management: Manage materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently to prevent wastage and cost overruns.

Track and report on project expenses, ensuring adherence to the project budget.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any on-site technical or engineering challenges as they arise.

Adjust project plans and designs when necessary, consulting with project managers and architects.

Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, material usage, and project progress.

Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management and stakeholders.

Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building regulations, environmental laws, and industry standards.
