Overview
Status: Full-time \| Reporting line : General Manager
Primary Mission
Lead Prime Trade Group’s strategic programs across its sovereign markets (Africa, UAE, MENA).
As the operational interface between General Management and institutional authorities and partners, the role ensures controlled execution in highly complex regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, plan, and manage projects within the Prime Trade Group portfolio
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (legal, finance, ops) and institutional partners
- Track deliverables, milestones, and budgets through rigorous project dashboards
- Identify and manage critical risks and dependencies across each program
- Prepare progress reports for the General Manager and senior leadership
- Ensure the regulatory and contractual compliance of deliverables
- Organize and lead steering committees and project review meetings
Required Skills
- Structured project management expertise: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile in multi jurisdiction environments
- Experience managing complex sovereign projects with long decision-making cycles
- Excellent proficiency in French and English (Arabic or an African language is a strong asset)
- Proficiency with planning tools (MS Project, Notion, Monday.com, or equivalent)
- Diplomacy, rigor, and the ability to operate in sensitive institutional environments
Ideal Profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in project management, international business, engineering, political science, or comparable field experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in managing institutional or sovereign programs
- Knowledge of African markets(French-and English-speaking)
- Knowledge of the UAE/MENA market : a major asset
- Absolute discretion and integrity: a non-negotiable requirement for the role
