Overview
We’re hiring a
Project Manager – Data & Analytics
to support a growing portfolio of data-driven initiatives for a market leader here in the UAE.
This role sits at the intersection of
data, technology, and delivery
, requiring someone who can work confidently with data while contributing to structured project execution.
You’ll play a key role in
enabling better decision-making, improving delivery outcomes, and bridging the gap between technical and business teams
.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining
data analysis with delivery oversight
in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.
Data & Analytics
Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and issues
Support development of
reporting, dashboards, and data use cases
Work across data platforms to understand
data flows, structures, and dependencies
Help identify and resolve data-related challenges impacting delivery
Contribute to improving data quality and consistency across systems
Project Delivery & Governance
Apply core project management disciplines (RAID, reporting, timelines, governance)
Support delivery across multiple squads / workstreams
Track progress, risks, and dependencies across initiatives
Contribute to delivery planning and execution standards
Work towards increasing ownership of delivery over time
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with
data, engineering, and architecture teams
to support delivery
Act as a link between technical teams and business stakeholders
Communicate insights, risks, and progress clearly to a range of audiences
Core Experience
Strong understanding of
data management and data warehouse lifecycle
Experience
working with
data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding
Hands-on exposure to:
PySpark (Apache Spark) or Informatica
Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g.
Cloudera or similar)
Ability to interpret
complex datasets and data flows
Experience
working in structured delivery environments
Nice to Have
Exposure to
Experience
using
Python
for data analysis or modelling
Experience
working with enterprise data models (e.g.
Risk, Finance, Retail)
