Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to join our team in Dubai.
This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing construction and design-and-build projects, managing timelines, coordinating with clients and teams, ensuring project quality, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
The Project Manager will also prepare and monitor project budgets, provide progress updates to stakeholders, and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
The role requires strong leadership to guide teams effectively and achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
- Handle the project correspondence to the client / Consultant / Main contractor.
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation
- Monitor and manage project progress and timelines, and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and other stake holders
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards
- Confirm project quality and accuracy by conducting inspections and reviews
- Manage project changes and ensure changes are implemented in a timely manner
- Prepare and present project status reports to management
- Track and report project costs and financial performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 10+ years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successful project completion
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software
