Role Overview
Manage construction and maintenance projects in facility management at As Sifarat, Riyadh.
Ensure efficient delivery of construction and maintenance activities, contract compliance, KPI performance, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise project construction and maintenance activities and ensure maintenance work is completed on time.
- Lead technical and operational teams and oversee their performance.
- Supervise contractors and service providers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality, safety, and health standards.
- Track KPIs, prepare regular technical and administrative reports, and coordinate with clients and relevant parties.
- Address operational challenges with corrective actions and continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Saudi nationality is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction and maintenance management.
- Proven experience managing construction and maintenance projects and supervising multiple specialized teams.
- Good knowledge of facility construction and maintenance operations.
- Strong leadership, management, communication, and client and contractor relationship skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and track performance indicators.
- Large-scale or government project experience is preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
