Project Manager – Civil & Landscape

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and plan manpower, materials, equipment, resources, and project activities.
• Manage daily site operations and guide project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, material submittals, method statements, and project requirements.
• Oversee excavation, grading, drainage, concrete, paving, kerbstones, retaining walls, structures, and external finishes.
• Monitor progress, productivity, staffing, materials, equipment, costs, and resource use; address delays, technical issues, and constraints.
• Inspect work for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and timely, quality completion of work.
• Coordinate inspections, material approvals, authority requirements, snagging, testing, and final handover.
• Support cost control and variations, prepare progress reports, maintain project documentation, and ensure UAE authority, HSE, and quality compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of UAE experience in project management.
• Strong experience in landscaping, civil, hardscape, and external works projects, including managing teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple site activities.
• Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, drainage, concrete, paving, kerbstones, retaining walls, and external works.
• Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource management, cost control, and project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge, UAE Driving License, and UAE landscaping company experience are preferred.
