The Project Manager for Buildings oversees planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale building projects.
The role ensures delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards while coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.

Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Act as the main client contact and support stakeholder communication and satisfaction.
- Manage contracts, budgets, invoices, and schedules.
- Implement quality management systems, enforce building codes and safety requirements, and liaise with authorities for approvals.
- Oversee consultants and subconsultants, set performance targets, and track project progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks and maintain reporting and documentation.
- Oversee handover, prepare documentation, and close out projects.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 15 years in project management, including at least 5 years in large-scale buildings.
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
