Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead MEP teams across projects and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability goals.
- Oversee MEP design from concept to IFC stage, aligned with project intent and commercial objectives.
- Develop MEP strategies, workflows, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Manage and review MEP models, documentation, and clash detection for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely MEP delivery.
- Track new MEP technologies and drive innovation and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 15 years of MEP management experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
- Client-side experience; UAE real estate developer experience is ideal.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, UAE/GCC authority regulations, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing large-scale projects in the region.
