Plant Design Specialist

Main responsibilities and tasks: 2D drafting & 3D Modelling of equipment and overall plant layout.

Drafting of drawings which are accurate and interpret relevant meaning from them.

Preparation of project drawings such as P&I diagram, General Arrangement Foundation.

Preparation of manufacturing detail drawings & drafting of various machined and fabricated components.

Preparing piping isometric drawings and steel structure (Skid or Pipe support) with Bill of Material.

To understand piping material specification and material grades.

To follow the project schedule – To plan, design, review and validate from time to time and project to project.

Refer and respond timely to the respective assignment details filled by any task creator in the GSC Task List.

Attending order transfer meetings, 3D model review meetings, project review meeting.

Co-ordination with requestor to finalize drawing.

Education, Experience, Languages: BE/DME with min. 3-5 years of experience.

Knowledge of German is an added advantage.
