- We are seeking a Project Manager with 10–15 years of construction experience, including 3–5 years in a Project Manager role. Candidates must have UAE contracting experience, strong project delivery capabilities, and experience managing stakeholders, budgets, schedules, quality, and subcontractors. High-rise building project experience is preferred, along with strong commercial, contractual, and leadership skills.
- Proven experience within the contracting/construction industry.
- Experience managing projects where the Client, Consultant, and Developer are independent entities and not the same organization.
- Strong background in the delivery of building construction projects; high-rise project experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing construction projects from inception through completion and handover.
