- Develop, review, and approve standard and critical lifting plans (including tandem lifts and mobile/tower crane configurations).
- Equipment Oversight:
- Monitor the deployment and compliance of heavy equipment on-site, ensuring all machinery, rigging hardware, and lifting tackle meet specifications.
• Safety & Compliance
- Enforce strict adherence to international lifting standards and internal health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
- Site Inspections:
- Conduct regular inspections of lifting gear, heavy machinery, and ground conditions prior to lift execution.
- Team Supervision:
- Coordinate with site rigging teams, lift supervisors, and equipment operators to ensure execution matches engineered plans.
