Overview
- We are seeking a Head of Planning to lead planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and EOT activities across a portfolio of construction projects. The role will oversee the Planning Department, manage master schedules and recovery plans, provide strategic reporting to senior management, and serve as the primary liaison with Clients and Consultants on all planning-related matters.
- Extensive experience in construction planning and scheduling, including leadership of large-scale project portfolios.
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, critical path analysis, resource-loaded schedules, recovery planning, and EOT claims.
- Proven ability to manage planning teams, establish governance frameworks, and drive performance improvement.
- Strong understanding of delay analysis, contractual entitlements, and the commercial impact of project delays.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership, Clients, and Consultants.
- Ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects, identify schedule risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
