Role overview

Giniiris seeks a Project Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing software implementation, SaaS products, or enterprise AI solutions.

The role bridges engineering, product, client success, and external enterprise stakeholders.

Own delivery of deployments involving AI command centers, multichannel integrations, and autonomous agent workflows, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, track, and deliver enterprise onboarding, API integrations with CRM, telephony, and knowledge bases, and custom module implementations.
  • Coordinate product managers, AI/ML engineers, frontend and backend developers, and QA teams to align sprint deliverables with project milestones.
  • Act as primary contact for enterprise clients during implementation; manage expectations, alignment meetings, and progress reporting.
  • Identify technical bottlenecks, resource constraints, legacy-system adapter issues, integration roadblocks, and compliance or security constraints; establish mitigation plans.
  • Define project scope, Work Breakdown Structures, resource allocation plans, and timelines using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
  • Establish project-tracking best practices, templates, documentation frameworks, deployment playbooks, and post-implementation reviews.

Required qualifications

  • 3–4 years of professional experience managing technical software projects, IT implementations, or enterprise B2B SaaS deployments; AI, automation, CRM, or cloud infrastructure experience is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with software architectures, API integrations, cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and enterprise security frameworks or principles such as SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA.
  • Proven mastery of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including translating technical concepts into business milestones for executive leadership and non-technical clients.
  • Adaptable problem-solver able to work amid startup ambiguity and changing technical priorities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a strong plus.

Pay and benefits

  • Pay is ₹1,000,000–₹1,500,000 per year.
