Key responsibilities
- Lead mixed-use and hospitality projects from planning and design through construction, delivery, and handover.
- Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall project performance.
- Coordinate developers, client representatives, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage planning, progress monitoring, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Oversee design coordination, procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
- Monitor costs, budgets, cash flow, variations, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Lead project meetings and report status, risks, and mitigation measures to senior management and clients.
- Improve project efficiency, optimize resources, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate stakeholders and resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 12–15 years of project management experience in construction, real estate development, or consultancy.
- Experience with mixed-use and hospitality projects is essential.
- Developer-side or client-side experience is essential.
- Previous Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, risk management, procurement, and contract administration.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate developers, clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, including professional reports and leading meetings.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is preferred.
- Relevant professional certification, such as PMP or equivalent, is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
