The Project Manager – Fit-Out manages interior fit-out projects from commencement through final handover.
The role oversees site operations and coordinates clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects through final handover and deliver within approved budget, timeline, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor progress, costs, procurement, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE safety regulations.
- Manage project documentation, variations, snagging, and handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least five years of UAE interior fit-out project experience.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out works, finishing materials, and MEP coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Arabic is required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000–12,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
