The role supports efficient hiring and organized employee file management in line with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
Recruitment and onboarding
- Assist with posting vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates against job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads; conduct initial HR interviews when required.
- Prepare interview evaluation sheets and maintain candidate records.
- Coordinate job offers, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
- Collect and verify candidate documents, including passports, visas, Emirates IDs, and certificates.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
Employee file management
- Maintain and update employee personal files in hard-copy and digital formats.
- Ensure employee records are complete and properly documented.
- Track visa status, labor card expiry, passport validity, and insurance details.
- Maintain leave records, warning letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Organize and archive HR documents for easy retrieval.
- Assist with HR reports and employee data summaries.
Employment and pay
- Job type is full-time.
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
