Lead projects from concept to completion for a business specializing in interior fit-out, retail displays, and permanent fixtures.
Coordinate clients and internal design, production, and estimating teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required standards.
Project planning and delivery
- Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs; develop and manage detailed project plans.
- Translate technical drawings and client briefs into actionable work and manage project risks and mitigation.
- Act as the main client contact, lead technical discussions, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Coordinate internal teams, delegate tasks, and support collaboration across functions.
- Manage budgets and material planning; track costs, schedules, efficiency, and profitability.
- Enforce quality standards and maintain documentation.
- Oversee handover, client satisfaction, post-project evaluation, and administrative close-out.
Candidate profile
- Relevant background in interior fit-out, retail displays, or permanent fixtures.
- Degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a company with in-house production is a strong advantage.
- PMP certification or equivalent is beneficial.
- Proficiency with project management tools or software; strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Candidates should have a suitable portfolio to present with their application.
