Responsibilities
- Own online revenue, budgets, and targets for ROAS and CAC.
- Plan, build, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, and test additional channels.
- Set advertising creative direction and produce fast-turnaround assets using AI tools.
- Manage the Shopify store and improve conversion throughout the online funnel.
- Drive repeat purchases and subscription growth through email and SMS flows.
- Deliver weekly performance reporting and demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Fulfilment, and Customer Service teams.
What the employer is looking for
- 5+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with budget and results accountability.
- Strong Shopify experience and understanding of the full online funnel.
- Daily practical use of AI tools for creative, copy, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance changes without relying on a pre-built dashboard.
- Proactive, test-driven approach and strong ownership.
- Shopify subscription app experience and DTC or GCC e-commerce experience are nice to have.
