A Dubai real estate business seeks a commercially minded, on-camera content creator and presenter for investor-focused social content.
The role supports a UK-facing audience while being based in the region, with office work and local filming travel.
What you’ll do
- Create and present Instagram content about Dubai real estate and investment opportunities.
- Represent the business on camera for its UK-facing audience.
- Visit developer offices, showrooms, launches, and project locations to film content.
- Research developments, pricing, payment plans, and selling points; present property information clearly and credibly.
- Capture footage for an overseas editing team and contribute to content planning and campaign ideas.
- Attend selected meetings, events, and international roadshows.
- Engage with inbound enquiries, ask initial qualifying questions, and pass relevant opportunities to sales.
- Complete product and sales training to learn about Dubai real estate and the sales process.
What they’re looking for
- Confident, articulate, and natural on camera, with strong spoken English and credible communication for a UK audience.
- Experience creating social-first content, particularly for Instagram; basic filming and video-editing knowledge.
- Understands engaging, commercially effective content and is comfortable representing a premium brand.
- Commercially minded, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work primarily from the Dubai office and travel locally for filming.
- Previous real estate experience is beneficial but not essential.
Compensation and development
- Salary depends on experience, with additional commission linked to qualified leads and sales.
- Full training is provided across Dubai real estate, property developments, and the sales process.
- The role offers exposure to UAE property developers and progression opportunities across content, presenting, sales, and international market development.
