Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 20+ years of experience managing community-villas construction projects.
- Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
- Knowledge of Dubai/UAE construction regulations and building codes.
- PMP or similar certification is preferred.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
