Role
Yanal Building Contracting LLC seeks an experienced Technical Manager for its building contracting work.
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support to project managers and site teams to align construction activities with project requirements.
- Help resolve technical challenges arising during construction.
- Coordinate with draftsmen, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain materials and shop drawing approvals.
- Support procurement teams by identifying technical material requirements.
- Follow up on submission of as-built drawings during project handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a Technical Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to join immediately.
