Project Manager responsible for multiple fit-out projects from commencement to completion.
Fit-out, interior design, or construction industry experience is mandatory.
Duties and responsibilities
- Plan and execute multiple fit-out projects and coordinate clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, scope, and contract requirements; prepare schedules and track progress.
- Manage civil, architectural, MEP, joinery, ceiling, flooring, painting, and finishing activities.
- Lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors; monitor costs, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Keep projects within approved budgets and schedules; inspect workmanship and address risks, delays, and technical issues.
- Coordinate material approvals, shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and inspections; attend client and consultant meetings and report updates.
- Manage handover, snagging, rectification, and final completion; ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Fit-out, interior design, or construction industry experience is mandatory.
- At least 10 years of relevant UAE fit-out experience is mandatory.
