About the Role

Work Arrangement

• The role is remote and may involve working across North American time zones.
• The stated schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• The position is based in Canada, with British Columbia or Alberta preferred.

What You Will Do

• Develop project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery-team capacity, work scheduling, and client-resource availability.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate status meetings, provide stakeholder updates, and address project issues.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, action items, and other documentation.
• Implement quality-control measures and monitor deliverable standards.
• Identify process improvements and implement project-management best practices.
• Guide, support, and motivate project team members.
• Monitor project profitability and escalate budget, financial, and quality risks to the PMO.
• Escalate issues that could negatively affect customer experience or CSAT.
• Maintain accurate project data in the PMO Project List.
• Lead project closure, documentation, CSAT review, and lessons-learned activities.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager.
• Experience leading Microsoft-centric projects is preferred, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, or Power Platform projects.
• Strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and delivery teams.
• Strong delivery discipline, proactive risk management, and consistent reporting.
• Ability to work independently and operate within a PMO-led environment.
