Join the Enterprise Applications team in Professional Services, translating client needs into AI solutions.
The role is remote in Canada.
Schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
What you will do
- Work with clients, internal teams, and Microsoft to identify and prioritize AI use cases and define solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Develop agents using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Custom Connectors.
- Build agent workflows with Copilot Studio, Agent Flow, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services to automate processes and improve productivity.
- Design, build, and deploy Copilot agents, including agent architecture, intent modeling, multi-agent orchestration, and autonomous task execution.
- Apply Microsoft Work IQ expertise to AI agent development and stay current on relevant Microsoft technology and roadmap changes.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated implementation experience with Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online.
- At least a college diploma in information technology or a related field.
- Experience working in client environments with business users and IT resources.
- Full-stack development experience is a significant benefit.
- Agent design experience includes conversational flows, task orchestration, enterprise-grounded generative answers, connector integration and validation, and deployment to Teams, web, or embedded channels.
