Project Manager

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans with milestones and dependencies and coordinate delivery capacity and client resources.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, facilitate status meetings, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, quality controls, governance records, and PMO project data.
• Monitor profitability, budget risks, customer experience, and CSAT concerns.
• Lead project closure, documentation, CSAT review, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Manager or Program Manager experience.
• Experience leading Microsoft-centric projects is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, governance, and risk management skills.
• Ability to work independently within a PMO-led environment.

Schedule

• The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Workplace and Location

• The role is remote and may involve working across North American time zones.
• The position is listed for Canada, with British Columbia or Alberta preferred.
