Experienced Project Manager to oversee construction of industrial projects in Dubai, UAE.
Lead and coordinate construction to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead construction teams and subcontractors to meet project objectives.
- Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor timelines and financial targets.
- Coordinate execution with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee building-code, safety, and legal compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues affecting progress.
- Provide senior management with progress reports, milestones, challenges, and recommended actions.
- Maintain quality standards and inspect work against designs and specifications.
- Manage client, consultant, and supplier relationships for effective communication and delivery.
Requirements and qualifications
- At least 10 years of project management experience in construction projects and 10 years of civil engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
- Construction project experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Professional project management certifications or additional qualifications are advantageous.
- Strong leadership, team management, project management, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, schedules, budgets, local codes, regulations, and industry practices.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time role.
- Pay is AED 15,000–25,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
