Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and third-party vendors.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Conduct regular project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Support requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution discussions.
• Monitor project scope and manage change requests when required.
• Ensure proper communication and alignment across all project stakeholders.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support UAT activities and coordinate production releases.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and progress reports for management and clients.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis, or Software Delivery.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Digital Health, Hospital Systems, Insurance, or Healthcare Integration projects.
• Familiarity with healthcare integrations such as NPHIES, or similar healthcare platforms.
• Knowledge of PMO processes and project governance.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
