– Salesforce Technical Architect / Project Manager (Contract – 12 Months, KSA)Position Title
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled
Salesforce Technical Architect / Project Manager
for a 12-month contract engagement in KSA.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and enterprise CRM transformation programs, along with strong project management capabilities.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale Salesforce implementations, defining solution architecture, managing project delivery, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Candidates with significant experience in
Salesforce Health Cloud
implementations will be highly preferred.
Technical Architecture
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Define scalable and secure architecture frameworks across Salesforce platforms.
- Design integration solutions with external systems, third-party applications, and enterprise platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices.
Project Management
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation projects.
- Develop project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Lead project status meetings and executive stakeholder communications.

Stakeholder & Team Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Lead workshops, architecture sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Coordinate with developers, administrators, business analysts, QA teams, and external vendors.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and project sponsors.
Governance & Delivery Excellence
- Establish architecture and development standards.
- Drive Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies.
- Ensure quality assurance, release management, and deployment governance.
- Mentor project teams and provide technical guidance.
Mandatory Requirements
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Solution Architect.
- Strong Project Management experience leading large-scale CRM transformation programs.
- Experience implementing multiple Salesforce clouds in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration architecture and data migration strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Highly Preferred

- PMP
