Experienced Project Manager (Project / Programme Manager) sought for a national eHealth programme in Doha, Qatar.
The role manages eHealth projects through their full lifecycle using recognized project-management methods.
Role and key skills
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, stakeholders and operational readiness.
- Build integrated project plans, WBS, milestones and critical paths; manage commercial and resource controls.
- Manage RAID, change control, dependencies, escalations, steering committees, dashboards, decisions and actions.
- Coordinate vendors, healthcare providers and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Support testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, service transition, benefits realization, acceptance, closure and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or paramedical discipline.
- At least 7 years in a relevant role, including at least 3 years in project management.
- Healthcare technology project-management experience across clinical systems or national digital-health solutions.
- Experience managing plans, WBS, resources, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors and reporting.
- Working knowledge of a recognized methodology such as PMP/PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile or hybrid delivery.
Preferred qualifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Delivery experience with national HIE, EMR/HIS, e-prescription or health-insurance platforms.
- Experience working within a PMO.
- Experience managing multiple providers, integrators or parallel workstreams.
