The Inside Sales Executive (Bilingual) contacts potential customers, understands their needs, pitches relevant products or services, and closes sales.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and leads from databases or marketing campaigns.
- Qualify leads, understand customer needs, pitch suitable offerings, handle objections, and convert leads into sales or follow-up appointments.
- Record calls, customer interactions, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up by phone, email, or messaging to nurture interest and close deals.
- Provide service during and after sales to support satisfaction and retention.
- Keep up to date on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements and experience
- High school certificate.
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound calling or inside sales.
- B2C or B2B telesales experience is preferred, depending on business type.
- Experience in telecom, education, finance, SaaS, or insurance is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

Work environment and schedule
- Full-time role with shift-based or fixed schedules depending on business needs.
