Project Management Intern

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and daily project activities.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and client discussions.
• Maintain meeting minutes, trackers, status reports, and project plans.
• Support presentations and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate with development, QA, design, and business teams on blockers and pending items.
• Use Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Excel, and Google Sheets while following project processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong interest in IT project management or technology delivery.
• Excellent communication, coordination, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Graduate or currently pursuing graduation in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel, or similar tools is a plus.
• Internship or academic project experience is preferred.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, project tracking tools, hackathons, or college projects is preferred.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
