Creative Visual Design Intern

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design web and mobile user interfaces focused on usability and visual clarity.
• Create high-fidelity designs from wireframes, concepts, and product requirements.
• Create social media creatives, presentations, brochures, and flyers.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Support design iterations, micro-interactions, animations, and motion elements.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Follow design processes and timelines, participate in reviews, and incorporate feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing or have completed a degree, diploma, or certification in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A basic understanding of UI design, visual design, and digital product design principles is required.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop is required.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy is required.
• A portfolio demonstrating UI design, visual design, or creative work is required.

Required Skills

• Candidates should create clean, aesthetically appealing, user-focused designs.
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, communication, collaboration, quick learning, and adaptability are required.

Preferred Skills

• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is preferred.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design is preferred.
• Experience with personal, freelance, internship, or academic design projects is preferred.
• Exposure to After Effects, motion design, 3D design, AutoCAD, or illustration tools is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
• Compensation considers skills, portfolio quality, creative aptitude, and interview performance.
• High-performing candidates may be considered for full-time opportunities based on business requirements and internship performance.

Work Location

• The work location is in person.
