About This Role

Job purpose

The Project Management Executive supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional projects led by the CEO Office.

The role focuses on tracking progress, organising tasks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and with clear communication.

This is a junior execution-focused role, designed for someone at the beginning of their career who is organised, proactive, and eager to learn how strategic initiatives are delivered within a fast-paced organisation.

1. Project Coordination & Tracking

  • Support the coordination of projects managed by the CEO Office
  • Track project timelines, action items, and deliverables
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders on assigned tasks and deadlines
  • Maintain simple project trackers and status updates

2. Planning & Documentation Support

  • Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and meeting notes
  • Document decisions, action items, and next steps
  • Ensure project documentation is organised and up to date

3. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and inputs
  • Support meeting scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups for project-related meetings
  • Act as a point of contact for basic project-related queries

4. Reporting & Escalation

  • Prepare simple progress updates for the CEO Office Manager
  • Flag delays, risks, or missing information in a timely manner
  • Escalate issues when deadlines or deliverables are at risk

5. Support to CEO Office Initiatives

  • Provide execution support on ad-hoc initiatives led by the CEO Office
  • Assist with internal initiatives, events, or coordination efforts when required
  • Area of knowledge

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Number of years of experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, internships, or entry-level business roles.
  • Role-related training received
  • Basic project management or organisational skills (formal or on-the-job)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
