Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented
Project Management Coordinator
to support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction and interior design projects.
The ideal candidate must have solid experience in civil construction projects within Dubai and the UAE, with strong technical and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of project execution.
- Assist in preparing schedules, documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical details.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Assist with authority submissions, inspections, and approval processes.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Track project timelines, materials, and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- **3–5 years of UAE experience**
- in civil construction or interior fit‑out project coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in
Civil Engineering
or
Architecture
- (must be able to read and interpret construction drawings).
- Valid
- UAE driver’s license
- (mandatory).
- **Attested educational certificates**
- (mandatory).
- Knowledge of UAE local authority approval processes related to building construction, including:
1. **Dubai Municipality (DM),**
2. **Trakhees**
4. **Dubai Civil Defense**
- 5. **DEWA**
- **Master developers**
(Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Properties, etc.)
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel within the UAE as required.
- **Immediate joiners**
- preferred.
