Seline Clinic LLC is looking for a proactive and highly organized
Junior Marketing Executive
to support the Marketing Department in project coordination, campaign execution, community management, and daily marketing operations.
The ideal candidate must have experience or strong exposure in dermatology, aesthetics, longevity, wellness, or plastic surgery.
This role requires someone who understands the fast-paced nature of an aesthetic clinic environment and can coordinate between marketing, doctors, content creators, influencers, call center, reception, and external vendors.
This position is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, organized, and able to manage follow-ups, timelines, content coordination, and patient/community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Director in daily marketing operations, campaign planning, project tracking, and execution.
- Coordinate marketing projects related to dermatology, aesthetics, plastic surgery, longevity, regenerative medicine, wellness, and clinic promotions.
- Assist in preparing project timelines, task lists, campaign calendars, content schedules, and follow-up trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams including doctors, nurses, reception, call center, operations, content creators, designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.
- Support social media community management by monitoring comments, messages, inquiries, tags, mentions, and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Ensure patient and client inquiries from social media are acknowledged, directed properly, and followed up with the correct team.
- Track campaign deliverables and ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Assist with influencer coordination, including communication, scheduling, briefing, content approvals, visit coordination, and deliverable tracking.
- Support content planning by coordinating doctor availability, treatment schedules, shooting days, patient consent requirements, and clinic room readiness.
- Assist in collecting content materials, captions, hashtags, service details, doctor information, and promotional information.
- Monitor competitor activities, aesthetic trends, social media trends, clinic campaigns, and relevant market updates.
- Support the preparation of marketing reports, campaign summaries, engagement updates, lead updates, and project status reports.
- Maintain organized marketing files, trackers, approvals, content calendars, campaign folders, and vendor communication records.
- Assist in event coordination, open days, doctor campaigns, brand collaborations, corporate partnerships, and clinic activations.
- Ensure all marketing communication reflects the clinic’s premium brand positioning and professional healthcare standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, social media support, community management, or marketing administration.
- Mandatory experience or strong background in dermatology, aesthetics, longevity, wellness, plastic surgery, or healthcare marketing.
- Strong understanding of aesthetic clinic services, patient communication, treatment categories, doctor-led content, and luxury healthcare branding.
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to coordinate with doctors, influencers, vendors, patients, and internal teams professionally.
- Experience using social media platforms, content calendars, Excel/Google Sheets, project trackers, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in aesthetic clinic marketing in Dubai or UAE.
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, influencer marketing, campaign coordination, and patient engagement.
- Basic understanding of paid campaigns, lead tracking, CRM coordination, and social media analytics.
