About This Role

Complex commercial projects require meticulous coordination to move from a conceptual plan to an operational reality. The Project Management Assistant ensures that our internal operations and client deliverables remain organized, allowing our senior team to focus on high stakes advisory work.

You will be the person who connects the research with the final output, making sure no detail is lost during negotiations or market entries. This position is about providing the administrative and organizational backbone for the firm, ensuring that every project stays on track and every document is prepared to the required standard.

This focus on practical judgment allows us to support both international groups moving into the region and regional enterprises expanding within it.

The Role This is an entry level position designed for someone who wants to understand how commercial decisions are structured and executed in a professional environment. You will support our senior advisors by managing the administrative and research components of our active projects. Instead of working in a silo, you will see the entire lifecycle of an engagement, from the initial research phase to the final commercial agreement.

The work is varied and requires a high degree of organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that the information flow within the firm is smooth, that meetings are well-documented, and that our clients receive updates that are clear and accurate. This role is about precision and support, ensuring that our team has exactly what they need to provide actionable reasoning to our clients at all times.

What You Will Do

  • Drafting internal briefs and client-facing status reports based on active project notes.
  • Conducting targeted research on specific companies, regulators, or market participants to support advisory work.
  • Helping to organize and maintain project timelines to ensure that every commitment to a client is met on schedule.
  • Preparing documents for senior level meetings, including presentation slides, summary memos, and attendance lists.
  • Assisting with the coordination of remote meetings across several time zones to keep projects moving forward.
  • Maintaining the internal knowledge base to ensure that past insights and data are available for current engagements.
  • Flagging potential bottlenecks in project workflows before they impact the final client delivery.
