About This Role

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resources
• Lead project kick-off meetings and ensure clear communication of project goals and expectations
• Coordinate with teams across various departments to ensure smooth execution and collaboration
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance organizational growth and sustainability
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective business development strategies
• Coordinate with the marketing department to execute comprehensive social media strategies promoting the academy's programs and services
• Oversee on-ground student projects, ensuring seamless execution of the courses and programs
• Managing Client Services by overseeing client relationships and manage the proposal development process
• Assessment of market demand and trends to make informed decisions and tailor educational offerings accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in project coordination, business development,
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Highly adaptable and versatile, with the ability to seamlessly transition between multiple roles and responsibilities
