Elegant Qubes Decorations is a dynamic company specializing in creative design, fit-out, and production solutions. We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project & Production Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management, from initial client briefing and concept development to final execution and handover
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules, ensuring all milestones are clearly defined and tracked
- Coordinate closely with design, procurement, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless workflow across all project phases
- Oversee production operations including fabrication, materials selection, vendor coordination, and workshop activities
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently (manpower, materials, equipment) to meet project deadlines and budget requirements
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure expectations are met or exceeded
- Monitor project progress on a daily/weekly basis, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions proactively
- Ensure all projects comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines
- Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits to supervise installation, resolve on-site issues, and ensure proper execution according to design specifications
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiate timelines and deliverables, and ensure timely procurement of materials
- Maintain proper documentation including drawings, approvals, permits, progress reports, and project close-out reports
- Lead project meetings, internal briefings, and post-project evaluations to improve future performance
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes, efficiency, and quality standards
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
