Job Summary

The Project Executive role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career Emirati professionals who are eager to build a career in project management.

Selected candidates will undergo structured training, mentorship, and hands-on project exposure across multiple subsidiaries and business units.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across various departments.
  • Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, or challenges.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Participate in meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), and follow up on action items.
  • Support project managers with daily coordination, communication, and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and workflows.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience.
  • Strong interest in project management and business operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
