Project Engineering Coordinator

The Project Engineering Coordinator will report to the Cernavoda Unit 1 & Qinshan Tooling Project Manager and will be responsible for supporting refurbishment tooling design, manufacturing, testing and delivery.

In the role of Project Engineering Coordinator, you will support the Tooling Project Manager by coordinating engineering and tooling activities, tracking technical deliverables, maintaining schedules, and facilitating communication across engineering disciplines and project stakeholders. This role will require continuous communication with members of the team as well as the client, and will be responsible for identifying, planning, coordinating, and supporting the implementation of various scopes of work.

Undergraduate degree in Engineering, or an equivalent technical training and related experience.

Experience supporting various type of projects including manufacturing considered an asset.

An appreciation of the importance of Quality Assurance Programs and their significance to the nuclear industry considered an asset.

Proficiency in project management tools with a demonstrated ability to maintain accurate documentation and ensure consistent follow-through on assigned actions.

Work Location:

The project team are located at Candu’s head office in Mississauga.

Travel to various vendor locations as required.

A valid driver's license required.
