Project Engineer Role
Join Siemens Electrification and Automation as a Project Engineer/Tamayuz supporting projects in the Middle East region.
The role contributes to Smart Infrastructure projects connecting energy systems, buildings, and industries.
Main Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify resources and assign tasks and responsibilities.
- Lead and motivate the project team to achieve objectives.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, timelines, and budget performance.
- Support execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, clients, and the project team.
- Prepare project status reports and facilitate meetings and workshops.
- Implement quality-control processes and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Control Engineering.
- Fresh graduate status.
- Strong critical-thinking skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer focus.
- Fluent written and verbal English is required.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
