About This Role
Overview
Program, configure, and calibrate CCTV cameras to meet project specifications and client requirements.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV systems using specialized software, ensuring optimal functionality and rapid response to any technical issues.
Participate in system upgrades, including the integration of new hardware and software components.
Assist in designing surveillance layouts and providing technical recommendations to project managers and clients.
Document system configurations, maintenance schedules, and service reports with precision and clarity.
Work collaboratively with IT, security, and project management teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Stay up-to-date on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and security best practices.
Accurately record work performed, equipment status, and any issues encountered during site visits.
Communicate findings to supervisors and recommend basic corrective actions when appropriate.
